The Quesadillas Restaurant is a family-owned business born in Tucson, Arizona, with the mission of sharing the authentic flavors of Sonora, Mexico. Founded by Marcos Barragán and his daughter Alejandra, the restaurant began as a dream to bring traditional Sonoran-style food, grilled over mesquite charcoal and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, to the Tucson community.
